1. Shape Design

• Choose a shape from Rectangle, Round or Custom.
• Tip: For square and circle shapes, ensure height and width match.

2. Dimensions

• Rectangle or Round: Provide height and width.
• Custom: Measure the height and width of the bounding box around the shape. (the smallest rectangle that would enclose the shape).

3. Mounted System

• For Blade Mounting, select the position and style of the arms (left or right). Choose from available options or request a custom quote.
• For other mounting systems (hanging, pole, or flush on wall), please select a different product from the Cabinet Sign tab.

4. Cabinet Box Color

• Select the color for the cabinet from our available options or request a custom color.

5. Text

• Enter the exact wording for your sign.
• Uppercase or lowercase will determine the letter style.
• Check spelling and punctuation carefully. How you write it is how it will appear.

6. Logo/Artwork

• Upload your logo or custom artwork in one of the following formats: PDF, .ai, .eps, .cdr, .svg. For the best quality, ensure the artwork is in vector format.

1. Order Review: Once your order is placed, we will review your design and contact you to finalize the mock-up.
2. Price Adjustment: If needed, we will refund any price differences or send a revised bill.
3. Approval & Construction: After you approve the design and pricing, we will begin production. Once construction starts, the sale is final.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our Cabinet Sign covering the replacement of defective parts at no additional cost. This warranty starts from the date of installation and applies to defects in materials and craftsmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Replacement of defective parts, including the aluminum face, acrylic backing, or other components related to the function and structure of the sign.

What’s Not Covered:

• Labor or service costs for installation, removal, or maintenance.
• Damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or external factors such as extreme weather or accidents.
