CHANNEL LETTERS - Custom Non-Illuminated Signage

1. Letter Quantity

• Specify the number of letters you need for your sign.

2. Size

• Choose the size of each letter from the available options.
• If custom sizes are needed, please request a quote.

3. Mounted System

• Flush Mounted: Letters are mounted directly to the wall for a clean, seamless look.
• Raceway Mounted: Letters are mounted on a raceway (required in some locations). This option may increase the price.
• Tip: Check the existing signage in your area (e.g., shopping centers) to determine which mounting system is preferred.

4. Face Color

• Select the color for the face of your letters. Choose from our available color options or request a custom color.

5. Return Color

• Choose the color for the depth or return (the side profile) of the letter.

6. Text

• Enter the exact wording for your sign in the text box.
• The case (uppercase or lowercase) in which you type the text will be how the letters are constructed.
• Tip: For more effective pricing, we recommend placing separate orders for uppercase and lowercase letters, as each may have different sizes and affect the pricing.

7. Logo/Artwork

• Upload your logo or custom artwork in the preferred formats: PDF, .ai, .eps, .cdr, .svg.
• For best quality, ensure the artwork is in vector format.

Next Step: Once you’ve submitted your order, our design team will reach out to confirm font style and wording details. This will be finalized in the Order Review & Approval stage.

1. Order Review: Once your order is placed, we will review your design and contact you to finalize the mock-up.
2. Price Adjustment: If needed, we will refund any price differences or send a revised bill.
3. Approval & Construction: After you approve the design and pricing, we will begin production. Once construction starts, the sale is final.

Care Instructions

• Cleaning: Use a soft cloth with a mild soap solution to gently clean the aluminum face and sides. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers, as these could scratch or damage the aluminum or vinyl overlays.
• Maintenance: For no-lit signs, regularly inspect the aluminum for any signs of wear or corrosion, especially in harsh weather conditions.
• Weather Resistance: These signs are designed for outdoor durability with corrosion-resistant aluminum. Ensure proper installation to prevent water damage and maintain structural integrity over time. The materials are UV-stable and can withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight.

1-Year Limited Warranty (Parts Only)

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our custom channel letters, which covers the cost of replacement parts free of charge. This warranty begins from the date of installation and applies to defects in materials and craftsmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Replacement of defective parts, including lights, acrylic, or other components related to the function of the signage.

What’s Not Covered:

• Labor or service costs related to the installation, removal, or maintenance of parts.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or external conditions (e.g., extreme weather, accidents).
